femCoders Initiative thrives to improve the way STEM is taught and understood by providing after-school trainings in schools as well as assisting governmental organizations concerned with education to establish adequate STEM curriculum.

femCoders Initiative thrives to contribute to the global movement of encouraging a gender-balanced engineering industry by sensitizing on diversity and inclusion in STEM as well as running technical and leadership training programs for women.

femCoders Initiative thrives to foster the use of technology by supporting local startups with STEM-related solutions for African’s own indigenous problems.

femCoders Initiative is a woman-led initiative chaired by Rachael Orumor, a Software Engineer and International Consultant.
